SAVIOR by Best Okoduwa

I am one of those firm believers that the power to steer this blessed Nation Nigeria in the right direction lies in our hands. Yes, it’s quite convenient to point fingers at our leaders who quite honestly deserve every bit of it and maybe even some of those fingers poked in their eyes
but I also strongly believe in our collective responsibility as a people to take our nation from where it is to where we want to be which is why this SAVIOR trailer called my name.

Apart from the film being directed by a friend, Best Okoduwa whose passion and desire for change is so contagious it makes me want to do something, the movie also is an awakening to the consciousness of the power we wield as a people to turn this sinking ship around not just for us but for our children; born and unborn.

SAVIOR is a short-film that aims to change Nigerians, especially the youth to consciously participate in the leadership selection process which is the election process in Nigeria. It emphasizes on the inevitable essence of voting. The actual story mirrors the life of an average Nigerian young couple and how the event of bad governance and leadership destroyed their lives.

Written and directed by Best Okoduwa, REDARK Media and Ruggedboots were partners in its production. It features fast rising and award winning Judith Audu, Stan Nze, Lord Frank, Bukky Aluko, Aaron Sunday and a host of others. It will be released free on-line on or before 20th of January 2015.

This is where creativity meets purpose. Classic Crackerjack material!
