A friend sent in this and I thought it was an interesting piece. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Happy reading!

BIO-ETHICS is a very good topic for a great discussion any day any time. Getting your friends to talk about the human person sets you into a plethora of challenging assertions and difficult choices especially between morality and what is achievable. Try doing it sometimes, it really is a great topic. Anyways, we discussed about the human person, the human body and the respect they deserved. We discussed the right and wrong of what people do to their body and moral justification for them.

Nudity was one of the major themes for discussion and you are either for or against indecent exposure of the body especially the cleavage. Choices on how to do this differ from people and they also determine limits/extent to which they expose. One thing I have seen commonly is that many people package this ‘attraction’ by pushing it up and popping it out. And trust me, they get the attention of everyone. No matter how hard you try to lower your gaze, you will still notice them.

It is without doubt that this has been a weapon for some women over the years when they try to achieve something; be it the social (night) workers, or desperate employee or seeking employment, it is seen as a tool. And guess what - it works many times. Nature now seems to be a saving grace. Even people that were not favoured by nature tend to find their way around it. They do all kinds of jobs, my favourite being the Pippa butt job.
Pippa Middleton

Pippa Middleton got popular because she pushed it all up and popped it out down there. A lot of people valued the packaging and decided it will be right to have something like that. Every Sexy celebrity irrespective of gender have at points in their life pushed out all they have been endowed with and got known for it.

So I ask, why can’t young people with potentials, skills and attitudes push all they have up and pop it out? A lot of people complain today that it is very hard to get employed or run a small scale business in the country. You hear complains like it’s too hard to get a job or get loans for starting capitals on business ideas but you can’t blame the bank or the investors if they don’t see a future for your idea.

There is a great demand for innovations, creative ideas, technology, expertise e.t.c in the labour market and you cannot get employed when you have nothing to offer. Day in day out, people come up with interesting business ideas and great innovations but lack the disposition to deliver. This is always discovered by potential investors and employers.

There is a difference between having a good idea and being able to influence decisions with your ideas. Getting employed or starting a business requires that major stakeholders have an idea of what they are dealing with. This is done by communication. It is about packaging a message for an audience just to share meaning.

This is about finding out what it is you can PUSH UP, package and pop out. There are simple ways to that, first and most important understand yourself. Each and every one of us is born with personal rhythms like our finger prints. Our rhythm is spiritual, physical and mental in nature. It is the driving force of our existence and it is the pattern through which we give meaning into our own lives. It is controlled and measured flow usually produced by an ordered arrangement of differing elements of our lives. If you don’t know who you are, then you are not ready to be taken serious. Knowing who you are helps you identify your major selling points, sellable personalities that you possess. It also helps you to develop yourself personally and identify where you fit in.

We face challenges face in realizing our dreams, our reactions to people, trying to fit into our immediate environment, voluntarily changing our own rhythm to fit that of other people, all these are part of our rhythmic changes which we have to encounter, however, having the right tools is what gets you out there eventually.
Personal branding is important to our lives. This is what gives meaning and purpose to our rhythms. From your name, to your smile, your confidence, your intelligence, depth of knowledge, sense of fashion, setting trends etc. are what makes up your genetic order. It is how you are perceived.

People have different ways of identifying you; it can be your actual identity, what you really are. If you are tall, they see that you are tall and perceived you as a tall person. If you are intelligent, people can see through it and perceive you as intelligent. All your visual attributes that people can see are your actual identity. Making it perfect for your goals is key.

What people say about you is key! A lot of people don’t necessarily interact with you before they form perceptions. First impressions sometimes do last longer. Be ever ready to meet different people with different attitude and character. Your disposition towards them goes a long way in developing a personal brand for yourself. Humility, honesty, confidence and sometimes humor are powerful personal tools to have all the time.
